Arrived in Australia today, all the way from the UK. Surprisingly the weather here gets cold, just like up north in England. This is a perfect autumn sweater and will transition into winter nicely. I’ve got a few pieces from Black Sheep now and I am always impressed. This is a tightly woven sweater. It’s lightweight but it’ll be warm due to the weave.
The colour is unique. Don’t worry if you think it’s ‘bright’ it isn’t. It’s a really nice red and very much true to the description; brick red. It’s muted and not a vibrant piece so it works with everything on the bottom half; jeans, chinos and the colour goes with light or dark. I find it looks very nice with dark denim jeans and will accomodate a shirt if needed.

Smuggler jersey, a fine piece of knitwear, very satisfied with it indeed. I ordered the medium initially but had to exchange for a large which was easy to do & the Black Sheep team were really helpful & promptly replied to emails & kept me informed about the status of the exchange. Great experience all round.

The world's a bit of a wobbly place right now, but one stable constant is Black Sheep Gloves. My blue fingerless gloves are still going strong 3 years on, and have now been joined by a lush red fingerless pair.
Snug and cozy, I can face anything once they are on my hands.
