Mr. Robert followed me very attentively.
I had to make a return for a cardigan that turned out to be one size larger than stated on the label.
I was helped thoroughly at every step, from the return process to the measurements.
In the end, I purchased a blue cardigan and a dark grey one.
I couldn’t be happier.

A small note: the blue cardigan has a seam running through the middle of the shawl collar, which I will likely have altered. As I understand it, there are different production batches, and it might be useful to specify whether one prefers a collar construction with or without a central seam. The other shawl cardigans I own do not have a seam in the middle of the collar, and I believe this is a legitimate detail to point out.
I admit I am quite picky, but Robert truly managed to accommodate me in every possible way.

Absolutely love my Black Welsh pure British wool mitts. Beautifully handknitted by Hazel. After only a couple of wears they have moulded to my hands perfectly. They are lovely, warm not bulky and really comfy. So glad I bought these, thank you

Gorgeous denim blue, quite a deep blue, and a perfect fit. Just about my favourite hat now, and very rare because I feel I actually look good in it, which doesn't happen often with hats. Thank you Black Sheep.

Excellent Brirish quality Fingerless Mitts, very soft and flexible. Just what I needed.

I’ve ordered a few UK wool sweaters from various vendors. The material quality of this product has been by far the best I’ve found. It’s wonderfully warm, properly scratchy, and yet you can sense it’s softening after just a few wears. Struggling not to wear it daily, and while I love the idea of having a second BS sweater, I’m not sure I should subject myself to the impossible choice of picking between them.

That being said; size-wise. This sweater was generous. I am 6’2” and 230lbs, and figured I’d go for the XL to be safe. The XL was definitely oversized by expectation. Even for the Americans used to generous sizing, I’d say this “XL” is similar to the generous XL of LL Bean.

Throughly delighted with the Sloppy Joe Jumper. Quality and style were very good. Will be making future orders with Black Sheep.
